Up to 700 young leaders will be brought to the United States for an intense executive-style program called The Mandela Washington Fellowship 2025 in the USA during the summer of 2025. The program’s goal is to provide Fellows with the skills they need to assume leadership roles in their communities and companies. The chosen fellows will take part in a six-week Leadership Institute at a college or university in the United States, where they will learn from and share their experiences with other African Fellows and U.S. residents.
Fellows will have the chance to investigate different industries outside of their regular employment during this fully-funded fellowship, which will help them develop and broaden their areas of expertise. In addition, fellows will have the opportunity to interact with prominent business executives and members of the US government. Your work will be improved by this US exchange program thanks to new contacts, abilities, and concepts.
